I am a hardworking, self-motivated individual that will approach any task in a mature and sensible way. I have excellent verbal and written skills and have had practical experience speaking with elite equestrians, surgeons and other medical teams helping to improve on these skills. I have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and the uses they have within different jobs. I am also able to work well independently as well as in a team and maintain a high standard of work at all times, I pride myself on the quality of work I produce and believe that I am able to show this on a daily basis.
WORK EXPERIENCE
CARDIOTHORACIC THEATRE SUPPORT ASSISTANT, NEW CROSS HOSPITAL,
WOLVERHAMPTON, WV10 0QP — 2016-2017
My duties included setting the theatre up for surgeries, counting instruments and other materials at high risk of being misplaced and cleaning the theatre after surgery. This mainly involved opening instrument sets and having necessary equipment at hand for the surgeons use. I also helped to sterilise instruments, collect patients from wards, carry out reception duties, and complete paperwork.

My duties included drawing blood from patients within the outpatient department and on varying wards and taking them to the on-site laboratory for analysis and acting as receptionist when necessary.
